The WIND WIZARD SYSTEM gives shops the ability to paint more cars with waterborne paint in far less time and adds efficiency and savings to the painting process. The WIND WIZARD maximizes a shop’s ability to produce quality paint jobs by moving more air than any system out there. It also produces shorter bake times leading not only to further electrical savings but also savings in fuel. Prior to installation of the WIND WIZARD, shops reported drying of waterborne color coats taking more than 20 minutes to dry. With the WIND WIZARD drying time has been reduced to less than 5 minutes.

Speed control - 4 variable frequency drives let you adjust air speed. WIND WIZARD corner jets can be so powerful that it may be necessary to turn them down when light parts are set near a unit. Drives also extend motor life and make system energy efficient

Time control - Motors run for desired length of time then shut off sounding a buzzer. This is set on the settings in the touch screen. The touch screen displays time remaining. User can also disable timer and run them and shut them of manually.

Auto mode - Runs automatically when tied into bake signal. User can set a delay time on the touch screen settings so that jets come on after clear has set up. Running jets in bake decreases bake time.
Optional Units:

Corner Unit: Has the optimal angle to reach any part of the car and stay out of the painters way.

Through the wall: For a booth where a corner unit is not an option. This unit is placed through an opening made in the wall panel and sits mostly outside of the booth (it only uses clean air from within the cabin).

Offset Units: Available in left and right, is an option for corners where clearance is an issue. It is similar to the corner unit except it is smaller on one side to stay out of door openings.
Each Wind Wizard unit comes with its own motor and fully adjustable nozzles so that air is directed exactly where it needs to be. A laser light is supplied to help aim the airflow.
All Wind Wizard units are completely explosion proof. They draw in heated, filtered cabin air and filter it again through the top or front of the unit with 99.4% efficiency filters.
All four of these units allow for the system to be retrofitted and work in any existing spray booth. These units come completely assembled which means very little down time at installation. 4 corner units can be mounted in approximately one hour!
